Chef teaching Kid how to make pizza

I have always loved watching Chef (my husband) cook.  I didn’t used to pay attention to anything but my glass of wine while he did, but now, I watch.  He would probably use the word ‘hover’ but whatever.   I need to learn the basics.  I annoy him with, I mean ASK him, questions like, “Why did you cover that?  Why didn’t you cover that?  How much did you put in there?”  He’s just trying to be creative and I’m trying to soak it all in.

It’s even more fun to watch Chef teach Kid to cook something!  They have been doing pizzas together since Kid was around two, and now Kid can sprinkle the cheese evenly like a pro!  In the beginning, it was more like a pile of pepperoni over here and a pile of cheese over there, but he has come a long way, baby.

I will be posting recipes on here as we go along, too.  So check back and see what has worked for us, give it a try, let us know how it worked for you.  And please, oh please, share what has worked for you with the rest of us!!

Cheers!!

Steph
